With interpretation full of colors and emotions, cellist and composer Štěpán Filípek (* 1981) is considered as one of the most progressive Czech artists of today. Many international music festivals has invited him as a soloist, chamber musician, or commisioned his piece. At the present time is most important of Štěpán‘s interpretive focuses recital discipline. However, he is also active in concertant genre, chambre music and composing.
